How do I order a cover?
Individual fitting is arranged with your prosthetics provider. Registered professionals order in the shop and submit the required documents through the customer portal.

Is a scan required?
Not for every order. Parametric made-to-measure fitting is possible without a scan. The measurements and component details required depend on the version.
How do I care for my cover?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your cover. The material, coating and closure may require different care. If the instructions are missing or you are unsure about a cleaning product, ask your prosthetics provider or contact us.
What if the closure does not close properly?
Have your provider check the fit and closure. For enquiries, send us photos and the order number so we can identify the version supplied.
Is fast production possible?
Overnight production may be possible on request when all details and approval are available. Please agree the timing with us before ordering.
