Select the cover and supply option
Choose the product, colour, design and fastening with your customer. Specify whether you require a finished cover or print data, or would like to use the digital workflow.
Choose your cover, provide the fitting data and approve the design. The process depends on whether you are a prosthesis user or a professional.
Choose your colour, design and fastening, and discuss your preferences with your prosthetist. Your provider determines the required version, takes measurements or creates a scan and places the order with us.
Your provider reviews the design with you, fits the finished cover and checks its fit on your prosthesis. Ordering and billing are handled by your provider.
Choose the version with your customer. Decide whether to order a finished cover, obtain print data for in-house production or use the digital workflow with WAKO and AIDDDO.
Provide the required measurements or scan data, review the design with your customer and approve it. Your practice handles fitting and the final fit check.
An existing base shape is adjusted using the measurements you provide. Your practice records the heights and circumferences required for the chosen version. No scan is required.
Your practice supplies the required scans and reference data. We adapt the cover shape to the intended leg shape and the existing prosthesis using these data. You receive the design for approval before production.
We clarify the appropriate option and the required data with your practice.
WAKO prepares the design and manufactures the cover after approval. Your practice receives the finished cover and handles fitting and the final check.
Licence partners receive the agreed print data for the specified fitting and print the cover in their own practice. Platform access and each data download are charged according to the licence agreement. Each dataset authorises production of one cover for the specified fitting.
From measurements or scans through digital fitting to production: we agree with your practice which steps you carry out in AIDDDO and which WAKO handles. Available templates, access and scope are defined as part of the partnership.
We provide data and workflow support for licence partners. We do not sell 3D printers. Please contact us to arrange partner access.
